I do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has left my studio. Obligation on my part terminates upon delivery to the freight forwarding company (USPS, FedEx, UPS). HANDWASH ONLY -- Use a wet cloth (you may use soapy water), and wipe the surface until clean. Do not use heavy duty cleaning agents (i.e. bleach/oxidizing agents) as these will damage the surface. Light wiping with Lysol is allowed, but the surface should then be wiped with water, to prevent changes in fur texture. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY FORM OF WASHING MAY LIGHTEN/FULLY REMOVE HAND DRAWN MARKINGS. AIRDRY ONLY.
